About Course

This 5 week program is designed to help you kickstart your yoga journey by exploring the Yin and the Yang side of Yoga. You are encouraged to practice one dynamic flow and one yin flow per week. These can be practiced anytime you need a yoga break, to energize or to relax. By the end of the program you will establish a stronger mind-body connection.
